  • Income spending comprises of the income receipts of the legislature and the consumption met from such incomes though the capital spending comprises of capital receipt and installments. 

  • Income accounts cover those things which are of repeating nature and are non-redeemable. Capi­tal spending plan, then again, includes capital receipts and capital consumption of the administration. 

  • To put it plainly, income spending plan has income receipts and consumption. Capital spending plan has capital receipts and installments.
