  • On sixth April in challenge of Rowlatt Act, there were strikes, hartals and exhibits at many spots. In light of this the administration turned to lathi charge and terminating in many spots. On tenth April two pioneers of the Congress, Dr. Satya Buddy and Dr. Saifuddin Kitchlew, were captured and assumed to an obscure position.
